As a Senior Team Manager, HR Product Management (Workday), you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver value to our employees and business partners. You will lead a team of HR technology product managers responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Workday capabilities. You'll partner closely with HR leadership, Schwab Technology Services (STS), and business stakeholders to ensure our HR technology ecosystem supports talent strategies, enhances the employee experience, and scales with the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing team

of HR product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Own the product strategy and roadmap

for Workday capabilities (i.e., Core HCM, Total Rewards & Payroll) ensuring alignment with enterprise talent priorities and business outcomes.

Translate HR strategy into product vision

, identifying opportunities to improve employee experience, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.

Partner with HR leaders

to understand business needs and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that support talent acquisition, performance, learning, and engagement.

Drive cross-functional collaboration

with IT, vendors, and business units to ensure seamless delivery and integration of HR technology solutions.

Champion digital transformation

by leveraging Workday's advanced capabilities (e.g., AI, machine learning, analytics) to enable data-driven decision-making.

Monitor adoption and effectiveness

of HR systems, using insights to inform enhancements and continuous optimization.

Serve as a strategic advisor

to HR leadership on emerging HR tech trends and innovations that can drive business value.

Manage vendor relationships

to ensure service quality, innovation, and alignment with Schwab's evolving needs.

This is an in-office role requiring you to come into the office Monday - Thursday. This policy is subject to change at any time, at the Company's sole discretion.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience leading large-scale HR technology initiatives, with a strong focus on product strategy and stakeholder alignment.

Advanced level of technical expertise in Workday.

5+ years of experience managing and developing HR technology or product management teams.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven success in aligning HR technology with business and talent strategies.

Deep understanding of HR processes and experience delivering Workday-based solutions.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and agile delivery practices.

Familiarity with Workday configuration and integration concepts (hands-on experience a plus).

Ability to navigate complex organizational changes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
