Required Skill: • Senior Java Developer- Spring Boot/ Kubernetes/ Core • Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. • ble to learn quickly through self-guided learning. • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and significant experience with engineering methodologies, concepts, and skills. • Designs, develops, tests, and supports new and existing software and web applications. • ssists in the roll-out and monitoring of software releases. • Provides technical leadership throughout the design, development, and testing process. • Guides and mentors junior-level Software Development Engineers. • Evaluates and plans software designs, conducts code reviews, and develops test plans and technical documentation. • Participates in writing and editing documentation, including sequence diagrams, software designs, demos, acceptance criteria, test results, technical manuals, monitoring plans, support strategies, and retrospective recommendations. • pplies process design and redesign skills effectively. • Presents and defends architectural, design, and technical decisions to internal stakeholders. • Participates in training staff and representatives on internally developed software applications. • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Experienced as a Senior Java Developer with proficiency in both Java and Python for designing, developing, and maintaining applications.
