This Role Involves Crafting Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies that assist them in achieving their functional objectives. Implementing Therapeutic Strategies: Apply research-supported practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily living activities. Collaborating with Diverse Teams: Work together with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care. Educating Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families about therapeutic techniques to enhance progress at home. Monitoring and Recording Progress: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Continued education or post-graduate certifications are strongly encouraged and supported. Certification

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license is mandatory. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must. Essential Skills
