Job Summary We are looking for passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our dynamic, upscale casual dining team at Uncle Julio's. As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall success of the restaurant, focusing on excellence in team management, guest satisfaction, and product quality. You will implement company standards, drive sales growth, and maintain facility operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Management:

Supervise operations, including ordering, food preparation, and guest relations. Ensure accurate cash handling and manage inventory and payroll. Quality Assurance:

Ensure all food and beverage products meet company standards while complying with health regulations. Management Duties:

Exhibit professionalism and integrity, uphold company standards, conduct coaching, manage labor levels, and foster team development. Essential Skills Ability to influence the restaurant positively through effective leadership. Conflict resolution skills with crew and guests. Creative decision-making with common sense. Strong organizational abilities and communication skills at all levels of the organization. Qualifications 21 years of age or older. 2-4 years of full-service management experience (AUV of $4M+). Stable employment history with long-term commitment. Preferred college degree in business, hotel, or restaurant management.
