I have 6 data engineer needs for our healthcare client. This is not exclusive, so please be sure to confirm this person has not been submitted already!
We need someone who is preferably W2 without sponsorship who can go through a company like yours for 6-12 months until conversion (it is a contract to hire role).
Do you have anyone?
Or if you are able to find anyone who will go through your company for 6-12 months but doesn't require sponsorship? Otherwise, we can look at maybe a referral fee for every hour worked if that is easier for you.

Must have: Microsoft Fabric (if not, must have extremely strong background in Databricks); healthcare experience, Medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold); if person has databricks and not fabric, they must have healthcare!

Role Overview
As part of this initiative, you'll work with Microsoft Fabric in Azure to ingest and analyze data from multiple health institutions-directly impacting research and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data ingestion from multiple Epic Caboodle sources Maintain medallion architecture across bronze, silver, and gold layers Enable data consumption through gold layer outputs Collaborate across ingestion, transformation, and analytics teams Ideal Candidate Profile
Full-stack data engineering experience, especially in ingestion and orchestration Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Spark, Python, Delta tables Experience with SQL Server Familiarity with Epic Caboodle (preferred) Background in healthcare data (a plus) Self-starter who can work independently and hit the ground running
