Make compassionate phone calls to patients or their families to provide emotional support and a listening ear. Maintain a log of correspondence and calls to ensure effective communication with our care team. Collaborate with staff to ensure the unique needs of patients and families are met. Qualifications: A caring, empathetic demeanor and excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail to personalize letters and calls appropriately.
