The Warranty Analyst is responsible for providing leadership and direction to exceed quality standards and customers' expectations with continuous improvements to reduce labor and material costs.

* This position working primarily remote with the expectation to come on-site in Oshkosh, WI approximately 1-2 times a month.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:

Document and maintain all warranty repairs by means of a database filing system.

Work with engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve repetitive warranty claims.

Develop, document, and maintain training for all three levels of Service Technicians.

Contact customers to schedule a Service Technician to perform warranty repairs on the road.

Set up all necessary connections for the Service Technicians on the road; this would include flights, rental cars, hotels, money, and working locations.

Develop a list of emergency contacts for all Service Technicians when on the road.

Maintain a strong background of new products developed by Oshkosh Defense.

Exhibit good computer skills using One-World and Microsoft Office systems.

Initiate work order numbers for incoming warranty.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree

in a related field and

two (2)

or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to

eight (8)

years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role

.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel).

Experience with E1 and Power BI is a plus.

Experience with International Shipping is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.

This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.

Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.

Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.

Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:

$56,600.00 - $88,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
