Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide client-facing support and internal team assistance. This hybrid role involves client communication, data reporting, and supporting print, logo, and material requests.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone calls
Act as backup for Relationship Administrators supporting client needs
Coordinate with internal teams for material quantities
Submit Host/Post, DDS, and other print-related requests
Run AI Tool and upload material matrix to ICSOL
Assist with APD/CPD updates and print logo requests
Generate and analyze reports using Excel
Handle ad hoc projects and department support as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 years of client services experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and professional client communications
Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
