, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range:
$25 - $32 per hour
Shift:
Sunday through Thursday (off Friday and Saturday) or Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday and Monday),
1s shifts: 4:00am-1230pm
2nd shift: 1200pm -11:30pm
What's the Job?
Provide mechanical and electrical support for all plant equipment and systems
Perform routine repairs, replacements, and adjustments on machinery and components
Conduct troubleshooting on malfunctioning or out-of-service equipment
Assist plant operators with equipment troubleshooting and repairs
Maintain the structural integrity of the facility and ensure safety standards are met
What's Needed?
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food manufacturing
Knowledge of engineering principles related to plant operations
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and plant drawings
Proficiency with tools and techniques for mechanical and electrical repairs
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
