Job Description: As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, you will support existing and develop new custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and related technologies to enhance business processes and automation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions, while staying current with platform updates and features. This role requires proficiency in Power FX and the ability to provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions Provide technical insights and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and trends Create and manage workflows, dashboards, and automation tools using Power Platform Prepare clear documentation and support user adoption of solutions Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Ability to work independently and manage complex work efforts Deep industry experience or advanced education preferred Proficiency in Power FX formula language for the Power Platform Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have or be able to obtain Microsoft PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals certification within 30 days Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
