Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse ready to grow into a leadership role? This position is designed as a stepping stone for an LPN who wants to move into management and eventually lead a Wellness Department. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working closely with the Director of Wellness and building the skills to take the next step in your career.

Brickmont at Roswell, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community in Alpharetta, Georgia, is hiring an Assistant Director of Wellness.

What you’ll do:

Support the Wellness Director in ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.

Oversee CNA, PSA, and CMA staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring.

Conduct resident assessments and build individualized service plans.

Step in to fill scheduling gaps and keep operations smooth.

Partner with families, residents, and staff to deliver excellent service and care.

Participate in leadership functions, including compliance, quality assurance, and marketing efforts.

What we’re looking for:

Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.

At least 3 years of nursing experience (management exposure is a plus).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of dementia and long-term care.

Someone who wants to grow into a Wellness Director role—open to learning, mentoring, and taking on responsibility.
