The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel Manage office correspondence, including emails and physical mail Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for office meetings and events Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing documents Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Benefits
