Job Description

Develop and maintain Fab capacity model and ongoing equipment capabilities.

Responsibilities

Use the Theory of constraints to identify opportunities for cost reduction, increased throughput, workflow improvements, etc.

Communicate with management and other personnel to develop production and design standards

Develop and implement best labor practices (touch time optimization, etc)

Work closely with the engineering team to identify yield improvement roadmaps

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience in AutoCAD

Experience with SAP
