Job Description In your new role you will:
Project Leadership : Lead R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development Workflow Optimization : Reduce cycle times and optimize workflows to minimize project costs Debugging Support : Create and maintain bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout Qualification Planning : Document qualification requirements and develop qualification plans for robust product development Production Ramp Support : Work with factory operations teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up of new products Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
Education : Graduating in the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering Engineering
Knowledge : Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity Process
Development : Skilled in creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development Soft
Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Process
Simplification : Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps Initiative : A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required US citizen or green card holder : This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $63,840.00 salary per year Maximum of $79,800.00 salary per year
Master's Degree
Minimum of $74,560.00 salary per year Maximum of $93,200.00 salary per year
