Job Description In your new role you will:

Project Leadership : Lead R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development Workflow Optimization : Reduce cycle times and optimize workflows to minimize project costs Debugging Support : Create and maintain bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout Qualification Planning : Document qualification requirements and develop qualification plans for robust product development Production Ramp Support : Work with factory operations teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up of new products Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

Education : Graduating in the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering Engineering

Knowledge : Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity Process

Development : Skilled in creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development Soft

Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Process

Simplification : Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps Initiative : A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required US citizen or green card holder : This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of $63,840.00 salary per year Maximum of $79,800.00 salary per year

Master's Degree

Minimum of $74,560.00 salary per year Maximum of $93,200.00 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. #LI-FM1
