As a School Based Clinical Evaluator, you'll conduct comprehensive initial assessments for students seeking services. You'll establish treatment plans, provisional diagnoses, and make referral recommendations within our programs. You may also engage in safety planning, provide brief therapy sessions, and-pending approval-offer clinical supervision to trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings and assessments to determine service eligibility for students
Establish treatment plans and provisional diagnoses
Make referral recommendations within internal programs
Provide brief therapy sessions and safety planning as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in peer review, departmental meetings, and staff development
Coordinate emergency services and follow-up care
Stay informed about community resources and referral processes
Deliver educational materials in school and community forums
Support management needs including data collection and program evaluation
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Revenue Cycle procedures
Complete all required trainings and evaluations
Report critical incidents to supervising leadership
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required
State licensure required for location and practice area (e.g., LP, PLP, LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, PLMFT)
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Unrestricted licensure for location and area of practice
Acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of case management and rehabilitation methods
Understanding of challenges faced by youth with mental health and/or substance use disorders
Familiarity with legal requirements and school-based procedures
Ability to evaluate services and provide input
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to produce clear and concise reports
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating with diverse student populations
Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and accept supervision
