Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a

Certified Nursing Assistant

to work at a facility in

Farmington, MO.

Pay Rate:

$20 / hour

*W2

Scheduling

F/S/S 12 hour shifts days and nights Shifts would be 6:45A - 7:15P or 7:15P - 6:45A

Medical Professional Personnel Classification

Must have an active Missouri CNA certificate

Services to be Performed

Assisting with activities of daily living, behavioral health interventions such as applying restraints, hourly rounding, completing flowsheets. A summary of the tasks is included in the CNA

Provide direct care, treatment, and/or security of forensic psychiatric and/or sex offender clients in a secure setting

Accountable for assisting clients with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks.

Assist in checking vital signs, height, and weight as assigned

Collect and maintain records of fluid intake and output Report on the condition of clients

Observing, reporting, and recording changes in the physical condition, behavioral response, and emotional status of clients.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for client care and treatment activities. Reporting to work on time and as scheduled.

Working overtime as needed to retain adequate staffing.

May perform internal environment of care checks or perform some security related functions in a mental health care setting

Requires heavy lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Other duties as assigned.
