Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer includes developing and optimizing CNC programs. They support production through initial setups and drive continuous improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency. The Manufacturing Engineer position also involves mentoring team members and ensuring all processes and documentation comply with quality standards.

Create and modify CNC programs. Assist with machine setup and first lot approval. Manage tooling selection and tool life for efficient production. Lead process improvements. Mentor junior staff and maintain compliance with quality systems. The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer will have strong experience in CNC with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. They should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and comfortable helping others while working collaboratively within a team environment.

3-5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience. Proficient in CNC programming and operation across a variety of platforms. Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
