Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a full-service A/E Firm, we provide Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil engineering services. The successful candidate will work on the Civil Team, focusing on project completion with minimal supervision and efficient teamwork. Responsibilities will include site observation, field documentation, and analysis of existing sites.
Responsibilities
Conduct site feasibility studies.
Perform site and environmental analysis.
Engage in schematic design.
Coordinate engineering systems.
Analyze site costs.
Develop site design.
Prepare site construction documents.
Research specifications and materials.
Check and coordinate documents.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2 or more years' experience in site/civil design.
Knowledge of authoritative codes and regulations.
Experience in subsurface utilities design, site grading, and storm sewer systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Possession or pursuit of EIT certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Desire to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience in project management.
Proficiency in stormwater, drainage, and grading.
Work Environment
The position is based in our Ft. Wayne, IN office, providing a collaborative and supportive environment. The Civil Team is close-knit, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
