Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $145,000 annually Bonus: Up to $10,000 in the first year, with additional potential as a partner Full malpractice coverage, including tail Generous paid time off and 10 recognized holidays Parental leave: 6 weeks fully paid for all new parents CME allowance and paid CME time Health insurance: Employer covers 100% of employee-only premium on the Basic Plan; Buy-Up Plan available for $73.90/month Dental insurance: $0/month for employee-only coverage with $2,000 annual maximum per person Vision insurance: $3.10/month for employee-only coverage with $180 frame allowance every 24 months Health Savings Account: Employer contributes $500/year for individuals or $1,000/year for families Short-term disability: Employer-paid; 60% of weekly salary up to $2,000/week Long-term disability: Employer-paid; 60% of monthly salary up to $15,000/month Life insurance and AD&D: Employer-paid; coverage equal to 1x annual salary up to $250,000 Retirement package: 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% (maximum 4% employer match) Employer-sponsored retirement contributions Modern, state-of-the-art clinics Cloud-based EHR system for efficient documentation Full support staff and professional development opportunities Responsibilities
Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule (7:30 AM OR 8:00 AM)- 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM) No Nights, No Weekends, and No In-Hospital Call (Call is divided by X providers, 1 week of nights every X weeks) Deliver outpatient primary care to a senior patient population Manage 18 patients per day with a focus on quality, not quantity Provide chronic disease management for 3-5 conditions per patient Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes Practice under a value-based care model to drive better health results Document care and outcomes effectively in electronic health records Participate in partnership and growth opportunities within the organization Requirements
Board Certification in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain) Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or value-based models preferred Passion for working with underserved or senior populations Commitment to compassionate, team-based care
