This opportunity on the Brand Experience team allows participants to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and refinement of product concepts. Interns will work closely with Culinary Development and Consumer Insights teams to align category management strategies with brand objectives and customer needs. This experience will equip you with the skills to think creatively, solve problems, and contribute to the overall brand experience strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support cross-functional stage gate teams & processes Support culinary development teams to refine concepts and develop products for test/launch Collaborate with Consumer Insights to test product concepts Learn category management strategies that align with brand objectives and customer needs EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, or other related programs of study) REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES"

Creative thinker and problem-solver Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to make recommendations and decisions in a timely manner Working towards being a strategically minded marketer
