Sterile Processing Technician - Full-Time Position - Raleigh Location
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our high-performing surgical team in our ambulatory surgery center. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for use in patient care. From processing trays to supporting inventory and room turnover, your work keeps our operating rooms running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Assemble and wrap instrument trays according to procedure-specific needs Distribute sterile supplies and equipment to appropriate areas Maintain accurate records for sterilization and inventory tracking Assist with operating room turnover between procedures Support preference card updates and case picking Help manage supply inventory and restocking processes Follow infection control and regulatory compliance protocols Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in sterile processing preferred Certification in sterile processing preferred Surgical Technologist experience a plus Current CPR certification required Strong understanding of sterilization techniques, instrument care, and infection control Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills What We Offer:
