Skilled Maintenance Technician – Catoosa, OK

Pay:

$28/hour (DOE) Shift:

4 days on / 4 days off – both day and night shifts available (assigned by supervisor upon hire) Job Type:

We are currently hiring multiple skilled professionals to join our growing team in Catoosa. These roles play a critical part in maintaining, programming, and optimizing industrial systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Positions

1. PLC Technician (Job Order #: 122001)

Overview:

The PLC Technician supports automation systems, programming and troubleshooting Siemens PLC platforms to ensure optimal performance of automated machinery.

Key Requirements:

5+ years in a manufacturing environment as an Industrial Mechanic Tech

Proven experience with Siemens PLC platforms (TIA Portal and Step7)

Ability to read ladder logic, schematics, and technical documentation

Familiarity with HMI interfaces, sensors, and industrial networking

Duties:

Program, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems

Diagnose and resolve control system issues

Perform updates and routine maintenance

Train staff on PLC operations and safety

2. Electromechanical Technician (Job Order #: 122000)

Overview:

The Electromechanical Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing both electrical and mechanical issues across industrial equipment.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of electromechanical maintenance in an industrial setting

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

Hands-on experience with shear machines, press brakes, paint booths, welding heads

Duties:

Perform inspections, calibrations, and repairs on industrial equipment

Replace motors, sensors, relays, and control systems

Support equipment upgrades and process improvements

Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records

3. Electrician (Job Order #: 121999)

Overview:

The Electrician installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems in an industrial environment while ensuring safety compliance and equipment reliability.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of industrial or maintenance electrician experience

Knowledge of wiring, schematics, and safety procedures

Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems a plus

Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures

Troubleshoot machinery, control panels, and infrastructure issues

Perform preventive maintenance on motors, transformers, and breakers

Maintain accurate logs, inspections, and records

4. Setup Technician (Job Order #: 121996)

Overview:

The Setup Technician installs, configures, and maintains robotic and automated systems, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of Industrial Mechanic Tech experience in manufacturing

Hands-on experience with industrial robotics

Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, HMI interfaces, and automation software

Duties:

Install and calibrate robotic/automation systems

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and programming issues

Collaborate with engineering and production staff on workflow optimization

Train operators on equipment safety and use

Education for All Roles

High school diploma or GED

Technical or vocational certification strongly desired (field-specific)
