with potential for CONUS/OCONUS travel in support of Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs. Responsibilities: Deliver formal classroom instruction, workshops, and hands-on training for MCPIC, ICODES, iPRIME Suite, and Automated Identification Technology (AIT) equipment. Prepare training materials including student manuals, workbooks, handouts, exercises, and completion certificates. Conduct training needs analysis of users, systems, and processes to ensure training curricula remain effective and mission-focused. Assist in developing and maintaining updated curricula and training plans in alignment with changes to logistics IT systems and prepositioning program requirements. Evaluate training effectiveness through student assessments, course critiques, and performance metrics; recommend adjustments to improve outcomes. Support on-site training during Tailoring Conferences, MMC planning, and Arrival & Assembly (A&A) operations. Provide quarterly training reports to government leadership documenting course delivery, student attendance, and training effectiveness. Assist Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Help Desk staff by preparing supplemental guides, job aids, and reference materials to reinforce classroom instruction. Ensure training delivery and documentation comply with Marine Corps and DoD standards. Required Qualifications: Certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience developing curriculum and delivering technical training for IT systems. Security Clearance: US Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field. BA + 5-8 years of experience, HS + 9-12 years of experience in training development and delivery. Preferred Additional Skills: Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics IT systems (MCPIC, ICODES, iPRIME, GCSS-MC). Experience delivering training to military personnel in both classroom and field environments. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Strong organizational skills to manage course delivery, reporting, and curriculum updates. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel and support training at CONUS and OCONUS sites.
