The Senior Planning Manager will lead the production planning function, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment through SIOP volume forecasting, financial planning, and capacity constraint management. This leader is responsible for facilitating the continuous supply of subassemblies and finished goods, ensuring supply stability for multiple sites and divisions. This position requires close collaboration and cross-functional leadership within Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Procurement and Logistics. Digital strategy is a core focus, with the expectation to champion and integrate predictive analytics and AI models into materials management workflows to enhance build plan precision, scenario modeling and a cost-to-serve focus while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable growth within a regulated medical device environment. This role requires a hybrid workmode from our Arden Hills, MN office. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Site lead for SIOP execution, ensuring plant alignment with demand forecasts, volume plans, inventory targets, and capacity planning Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans & supply continuity Integrate digital analytics and AI into planning workflows to enhance accuracy, data driven decision making and drive efficiency Serve as a key advisor to leadership on planning-related decisions, risk mitigation, and capacity investments Champion a culture of business process innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external stakeholders concerning specific projects, risk mitigations or schedules Provide visibility and monitors performance to annual and long-range forecasts, inventory targets and financial performance Deliver materials management support to new product development and acquisition integration teams from concept through commercialization Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in production planning or supply chain Minimum of 5 years of people leadership Familiarity with data analytics, ERP systems and advanced planning systems Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering or MBA Proven experience with AI or machine learning applications in supply chain Experience with digital twin modeling or smart factory The anticipated compensation listed above will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
