About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing to spearhead our recruitment efforts in manufacturing and production. In this pivotal role, you will become a vital expert in our various business areas, overseeing a comprehensive hiring roadmap and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include managing a dedicated team of recruiters, identifying staffing needs, and creating a diverse talent pool that resonates with our company culture and mission. You will collaborate closely with Division Leaders, Department Heads, and People Partners to maintain a consistent and effective talent acquisition strategy, while implementing innovative sourcing and selection methods.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A demonstrable track record in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
A robust understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly internationally, is preferred.
Experience with government contracting, DOD, and IC agencies, as well as hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances, is highly valued.
