• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, while monitoring and evaluating nursing care to meet patient and family needs.
• Manage admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
Candidate requirements
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of NICU leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and ensure high-quality patient care outcomes in a fast-paced, critical care environment.
