Overview

The Real Estate practice group of Hunton seeks a full-time, partnership-track mid-level associate in the New York office to join its thriving real estate practice. Candidates should have three to six years of real estate experience (class of 2021 class of 2018), which must include handling either debt or equity transactions including on the debt-side mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions or on the equity-side acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record; exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills; and be a true team player. New York bar membership is preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining the firm. New York Bar membership is required. Strong academic record and exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $310,000 to $420,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
