Special Finance Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people overcome credit challenges to get behind the wheel.
What You'll Do: Work directly with customers with subprime or non-prime credit to secure auto financing. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of subprime lenders and finance companies. Analyze credit applications, structure deals, and present financing options that meet both customer needs and lender guidelines. Collaborate with the sales team to manage and nurture special finance leads from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Ensure all financing practices comply with federal, state, and dealership policies. Drive consistent growth in special finance volume and report on deal metrics and pipeline activity. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, honest, and respectful communication. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in automotive special finance or a related F&I role (2-3 years preferred). Deep understanding of subprime finance programs, credit bureaus, and lender criteria. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers rebuild credit. Experience with automotive CRM and DMS platforms (Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.). Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude. Commitment to ethical and compliant finance practices.
