Recruiting Coordinator - Entertainment Industry
Location: Century City (Onsite 4 days/week)
Type: Temp to Hire (3-6 Months)
Pay: $24-$26/hour
This position is with Vaco by Highspring. Our agency is partnering with a leading company in the entertainment industry to support their growing talent team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment coordination experience looking to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role is temp with the potential to convert after 3-6 months.
Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks Manage applicant tracking and candidate communication using Workday Post job openings and support the end-to-end recruiting process Partner closely with recruiters to maintain an active pipeline of candidates Support sourcing efforts for future roles (a plus, not required) Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish What We're Looking For
