As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for engaging with projects that require BIM modeling to model all scopes of work as per BID documents. Responsibilities Engage with projects requiring BIM modeling Model all scopes of work per BID documents or additional site needs Ensure the model database is complete before modeling begins Use approved submittal parts in modeling, inputted into the central database Upload updated models weekly to Procore Upload native files daily to client platform Perform clash detection of Mullins scope of work Review constructability and perform QA/QC on final models Coordinate scopes of work during owner and trade coordination Sign off on areas applicable to Mullins scope Extract isometric and shop drawings post sign-off Report model status weekly to BIM Lead/Manager Issue weekly model dumps for material tracking and procurement Qualifications 5+ years of experience with strong 3D piping knowledge Process piping detailing experience Exhaust duct detailing experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and 3D modeling software Knowledge of Autodesk Plant 3D software Experience with Navisworks Join Us Mullins Mechanical is ranked #243 on the 2024 ENR Top Specialty Contractors list, #48 nationwide, and #5 in the Southeast.
