JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our operations team as Packers, Stackers, and Dumpers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that fresh produce is carefully handled, accurately packed, safely stacked, and efficiently moved through the production process. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards. Shift flexibility is required.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Packing:

Sort, inspect, and pack fresh produce into boxes, cartons, or crates according to company specifications and quality standards. Ensure correct labeling, weights, and counts on all packed products. Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent product contamination Stacking:

Safely stack packed cartons or crates onto pallets for storage or shipment. Wrap and secure pallets to ensure safe transport and minimize product damage. Follow stacking patterns to optimize space, air flow and maintain load stability. Dumping:

Load and dump raw produce onto conveyors, hoppers, or processing lines. Monitor product flow and remove foreign materials or defective items. Ensure dumping is done safely to prevent bruising, damage, or product falling on the floor. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in produce handling, warehouse, or food processing preferred, but not required (training provided). Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold storage and production areas). Strong attention to detail to maintain quality and food safety standards. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and bend frequently as required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English (Spanish bilingual a plus). Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and safety practices. SKILLS

Good communication skills, including basic written and spoken English, to ensure understanding of safety procedures and documentation. A working knowledge of English and basic math Ability to collaborate with management PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Fast-paced production facility handling perishable produce. Exposure to cool, damp, or refrigerated environments. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum High School Education / G.E.D. preferred or applicable certification Understanding of Produce Standards, and or basic produce experience preferred COMPANY BENEFITS/PERKS
