Certification/Degree Requirements: COHN Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive occupational health services in accordance with Client Health protocols and industry best practices. Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adapting approaches to meet local and individual needs. Act as a subject matter expert in occupational health, including ergonomics, disability management, and workplace accommodations. Maintain accurate, confidential occupational health records in compliance with applicable regulations. Provide direct care, assessment, and treatment for work-related illnesses or injuries. Collaborate with asset specialists, safety teams, and central health resources to address workplace health concerns. Implement and promote health and wellness programs to enhance employee well-being. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, workplace safety principles, and environmental health regulations.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license to practice in Texas. Proven occupational health nursing experience, preferably within a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment. COHN certification (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) preferred. In-depth understanding of OSHA requirements and workplace safety regulations.
