Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) We are hiring a Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our growing design team! This is a great opportunity to contribute to civil engineering projects while building your technical expertise and career. Hybrid or Remote Hybrid arrangements are preferred near our offices in Minnesota, but remote work may be considered for candidates located in states where we are licensed to practice. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months Strong interest in and experience with roadway, municipal, and infrastructure design Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in transportation, municipal engineering, or with DOTs Familiarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, or GEOPAK Experience working with local or state transportation agencies Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
