Hematology Lab Supervisor
to oversee a team of technologists at a well-established hospital in the
Atlanta, Ga
area. Supervising the day to day performance of work in Hematology, in addition to performing regular duties such as tests and procedures.
Pay:
$87,829 - $102,459 Schedule:
Mon - Fri (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities: Resolution of technical problems in accordance with policies and procedures established by the laboratory director or technical supervisor Ensuring that remedial actions are taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications Coordinate laboratory education activities, and assists with laboratory safety and quality program Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology 3 years of Supervisory or Leadership Experience Expertise in High Complexity Testing ASCP or AMT Certified BLS
