Job Description
Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with design, manufacturing, and supply chain requirements. Manage and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in a timely and organized manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement to implement changes and resolve product-related issues. Support product lifecycle management (PLM) activities, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production. Assist in developing and maintaining engineering documentation, specifications, and standards. Participate in cost-reduction initiatives by identifying and implementing material or design improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements. Provide technical support for existing products, including root cause analysis and resolution of engineering issues. The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Engineer should have:
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in working with BOMs and ECRs Experience in product development and testing processes. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. What's on Offer
