The Position / Main Function The ASPIRE Deployment Training Manager implements the learning strategy for the ASPIRE DIA. They consider the learning environment of the associated sites, business operations and IT and ensure the ASPIRE SAP S4 HANA needs, project value streams (e.g.D2P, Analytics & Reporting) and other associated projects (e.g. MyBuy, OMP, etc) are understood and aligned with.
The Wave Training Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose training programs based on needs identified by deployment teams. They ensure that training solutions are effectively organized, scheduled, and deployed to meet program timelines and end-user needs in alignment with the defined learning strategy.
Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work in close collaboration with the following teams: Wave Training Lead, Wave Training Coordinators, and Global Training Team: Embed the ASPIRE training strategy to ensure effective delivery and administration of training across all impacted audiences, including awareness of new processes, technologies, and behaviors Deployment Leads, MFCs, and SMEs (Wave team members): Align with the needs of the deployment team to ensure business requirements are effectively trained and competence is achieved by learners Wave OCM Team: Understand change impact assessments (CIA) and overall communication needs for end users System Authorization Team: Collaborate to create role mapping, taking into account system access requirements and defining end-user journeys Global Learning Services (GLS): Coordinate the delivery and administration of training via LMS (Cornerstone) Provide guidance to local Training Coordinators on timelines and end-user training deliverables Act as a liaison with the business to consult on ongoing training needs throughout the project 2. Training Planning, Preparation, and Execution Responsible for ensuring that role mapping and training needs analysis activities are conducted successfully, considering system access requirements Coordinate with Business Leads and SMEs to identify local training needs and ensure: Development of local training materials Delivery following global DIA training processes and principles Readiness of local training documents End-user training schedule and logistics Develop and coordinate training schedules and logistics Oversee the deployment of learning materials and the evaluation of course effectiveness, together with the overall training and deployment team Provide effective learning solutions that meet program timelines and end-user needs, aligning with the defined DIA training strategy Oversee content development as needed 3. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities Report on deployment training deliverables' status, training attendance, risks, and mitigation plans Align with the Authorization Team on processes for provisioning users for go-live Supervise training coordinator activities 4. Support / Post-Deployment Activities Provide guidance and direction for hypercare and sustainability activities related to training
Who you are (Qualifications) Bachelor's or advanced degree in related specialization areas 8+ years' experience leading in preparation, development and administration of training programs and systems; including training and curricula development Proven experience in project management, consulting and/or client-facing environment in an agile setting Knowledge of adult/corporate learning, coaching, mentoring and curriculum delivery systems (Learning Management Systems) High level knowledge in security authorization requirements, job roles and transactions concepts Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment; Effectively formulates strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve results Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities; across a matrix organization Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change efforts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken Ability to work across all US time zones to support the needs of both Waves Willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
Pay rate $55 - $75 per hour depending on location
