As a Senior Bridge Engineer and a vital member of our Boise team, youll have the opportunity to work on bridge and transportation structure design projects. Youll coordinate design activities and meetings between Jacobs staff and subcontractors, perform quality reviews, prepare budgets and schedules for bridge design tasks. Youll also help train, direct, and mentor junior engineers and CAD staff. You will have the opportunity to grow our portfolio of projects with Idaho Transportation Department, Ada County Highway District, and Idaho Cities, Counties and Highway Districts in addition to being engaged on design work across the country. Heres what youll need BSCE PE registration A minimum of 10 years bridge design experience with a background in steel girder design, prestressed concrete design, and earth retaining structure design. Thorough knowledge of AASHTO LRFD design code. Proficiency in LARSA, Leap Bridge Concrete, or Bridge Link software or similar analysis and design software - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and to direct the work of others Project management or task management experience Excellent focus on client service Experience supporting proposal development Ideally, youll also have: Design-Build project experience Project management experience Business development experience Experience leading proposal development Posted Salary Range: Minimum 116,400.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 203,600.00 Jacobs health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
