HSEQ Coordinator - Oil & Gas Projects

We're hiring a

HSEQ Coordinator

to support our client's offshore oil & gas operations team, as well as Corporate QHSE initiatives. This role is office-based but plays a critical part in keeping our client's

offshore projects

and contractors safe, compliant, and efficient.

You'll work side-by-side with HSEQ leadership, vendors, and project teams - handling

audits, compliance tracking, providing project QHSE guidance, and business system improvements . If you've got

3+ years of HSEQ experience in offshore/maritime oil & gas

and enjoy being the detail-oriented link between projects and management, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do: Support

internal and vendor audits

across projects. Assist project teams with

HSEQ deliverables

and compliance documentation. Help maintain and improve our

Business Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) . Track training, corrective actions, and key safety metrics. Partner with contractors and vendors to drive

continuous improvement . What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience). 2+ years of HSEQ experience

in oil & gas / energy services. Familiarity with

ISO standards

and compliance processes. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Occasional travel to vendor or project sites (~10%).
