The Credit Products Underwriter IV - Commercial is responsible for managing and developing a team of underwriters focused on underwriting complex financial transactions across various industries, including real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare, and SBA-backed credits. The role involves providing industry expertise, designing tailored solutions, and supporting a specific market of 10+ RMs and RM Managers. Responsibilities include decisioning loans, managing workflows, and engaging directly with clients and internal teams to deliver optimal financial solutions. Team Culture

Managing and developing a team conducting complex credit analysis for various business endeavors. Engaging in credit conversations, decisioning loans within authority, and communicating with Relationship Managers. Preparing detailed commitment reports and providing client consultation. Leading loan presentations and supporting decision-making processes with risk management teams. Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of credit analysis/underwriting experience, or 20+ years of equivalent work experience. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
