Enterprise Business & Technology Modernization is a cross-functional organization leading CLIENTs Propel program, a major business and technology modernization initiative designed to unlock customer value by simplifying collaborative work processes. Position Summary

The S2P Business Process Analyst, Principal will play a pivotal role in CLIENTs Propel program, leading the implementation of key supply chain initiatives as part of our broader business and technology modernization efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of Source to Pay (STP) processes and solutions including requisition to approval, PO management, CLM (Guided buying, catalogs, services procurement, and supporting systems (Ariba, SAP). The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and will be responsible for ensuring alignment with Propels goals of standardizing business processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling technological innovation for the future state STP design. Reporting Relationship

The S2P Business Process Analyst, Principal will report directly to the S2P Business Strategy, Senior Manager. This position is hybrid with remote work and onsite in Oakland General Office 3 days per week. Pay Information: CLIENTS provides the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality. Actual salary is based on factors including internal equity, skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. This job is eligible to participate in CLIENTS discretionary incentive compensation programs. Pay Range: Bay Area: $128,000 to $190,300 annually MIDPOINT: $159,150

Job Responsibilities

Recognized STP subject matter expert who represents procurement teams and stakeholders in the overall S/4Hana Modernization program. Supports all project phases as representative of the procurement process in design workshops, socialization, and confirmation of business requirements for L3/L4 processes. Facilitates socialization of future state design concepts with peers. Validates/confirms business requirements against documented regulations and procedures. Identifies gaps and cross functional design requirements and solves unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions. Performs root cause analysis on the most complex processes that have cross functional impact. Works with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making in relation to organizational and cross functional business processes. May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Job-related experience, 8 years

Strong analytical and writing skills to create compelling business cases based on complex business environments and inputs. Influence, negotiation & persuasion skills to gain agreement on recommended process improvement. Advanced project management skills & knowledge to lead the largest most complex projects across the line of business supported. Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Deep knowledge and expertise of business and or industry drivers. Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or similar software.

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the development of high-quality knowledge articles that will fuel AI-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges People operations and technology, ensuring that knowledge assets are structured, accurate, and optimized for machine learning and AI applications. This position is classified as a hybrid work type. The successful candidate should generally plan to work from the Oakland General Office 0-3 days per week, on average. Job Responsibilities: Knowledge Article Development Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather, analyze, and document business processes and workflows. Translate complex operational procedures into clear, structured knowledge articles suitable for AI consumption. Ensure articles follow metadata, tagging, and formatting standards for AI training and automation platforms.

AI & Automation Enablement Partner with AI developers and automation teams to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for process automation. Validate and test knowledge articles in AI environments to ensure accuracy and usability. Continuously refine content based on AI performance feedback and user interactions. Stakeholder Collaboration Facilitate workshops and interviews with business units to capture tribal knowledge and undocumented processes. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on knowledge strategy. Governance & Quality Assurance Maintain version control and audit trails for all knowledge assets. Implement quality assurance checks to ensure consistency, relevance, and compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or knowledge management. Familiarity with AI technologies, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), and knowledge bases. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with tools like MS Copilot, SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge Management, or similar platforms.
