Manage multiple implementation projects from initiation through project close, serving as the primary point of contact for clients Conduct live training sessions with clients to enable them on software functions and create customized training resources Prepare and manage project management materials, ensuring clients stay on track for go-live Proactively identify and escalate implementation risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams for solutions Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to the software and integrated applications Qualifications
At least 2+ years of relevant experience or knowledge of the Home Service/Roofing industry Strong critical thinking skills and experience in troubleshooting software issues Exceptional client relationship skills and understanding of excellent client service Proven project management skills with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus Preferred Qualifications
