Responsibilities

Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

Provide world‑class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients

Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities

Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your career within the specific geographies we serve

Deliver top‑tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business

Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales

Qualifications

A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Tech savvy; proficient in using modern tools and platforms

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively

Compensation $65,000–$105,000 per year
