Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversee clinical activities and quality across the organization. Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization. Oversee the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care. Collaborate, develop, and lead the implementation of operational plans. Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs. Oversee residency program(s) and maintain a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program. #Le@der Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Department Health obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Dentist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Podiatrist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
