Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the Cloud ERP stabilization and roadmap phase, driving delivery across seven approved initiatives and a dynamic backlog. This role will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage backend support, and own delivery of one or more strategic programs built on Snowflake and Tableau.

Hands-on experience with: Tableau (reporting and dashboarding) Snowflake (data warehousing and analytics) Workday (ERP and financial systems) Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and agile delivery models. Proven experience in technical program management, ideally within ERP or enterprise data environments. Strong soft skills and communication abilities to manage cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated success in delivery excellence and backlog management. Experience coordinating backend data/reporting programs. Ability to work independently and own delivery of complex initiatives.
