Insight Global is looking to hire a Client Success Specialist for a large client in Downtown Cleveland. The role of a Client Success Specialist is important to the success of the companys products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Organize project documents for the Digital Solutions team
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Onboard new client accounts and set them up with access to online tool
- Conduct demos, walk-throughs and training as needed
- Provide support to clients experiencing issues with online tool
- Help test new features and projects
- Assist in preparing / formatting project documents
