777X Configuration & Integration K-Level Manager

to join our team in

Everett, Washington .

In this role, you will lead integration activities critical to the configuration maturity, build, risk management, and testing of the 777-8F derivative within the 777X family. This role will lead teams responsible for Engineering Operations, Integrated Verification, and other airplane-level integration activities. You will have the opportunity to interface with program internal and external organizations such as Boeing Test & Evaluation, Engineering Integrated Product Teams, Build Integration, and Change Management.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, demonstrates curiosity and a learning mindset, and has proven ability to lead cross functional teams through complex technical issues.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the management and communication of aircraft configuration needed to support production, flight test, and certification Lead technical integration and spatial integration initiatives such as preliminary/critical design review planning, request for conformity, and configuration maturity metrics Own the 777-8F risk, issue, and opportunity (RIO) management process Integrate flight test planning and optimization activities Integrate amongst Flight Sciences and Flight Controls to resolve highly integrated technical risks and issues Manages, develops, and motivates employees Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, peers, partners, and team members Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Provides oversight, guidance, and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science 3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues 3+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Flight Test, Engineering Operations, Flight Sciences, Flight Controls, Configuration/Change Management Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization Experience with leading technical cross functional teams, working across organizational boundaries, and ensuring an inclusive environment Familiarity with the 777X family of aircraft At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range K-Level Manager $147,050 - $198,950

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
