Job Description

Gather operational risk-related data from various departments. Conduct question-and-answer sessions for data input, and follow up with departments as needed. Consolidate data and complete risk aggregation, presenting reports to all executive committees. Analyze input from teams and departments, consolidating it to generate comprehensive reports. Collaborate with different departments to create Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk Management reports. Act as the administrator for the Operational Risk Committee. Maintain and manage all departmental policies and procedures. Facilitate meetings with regulators, providing requested materials. Coordinate audit meetings and affairs. Execute and ensure adherence to policies and procedures impacting Operational Risk Management. Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures. Support the execution of departmental strategic objectives. The Successful Applicant

8+ years of operational risk management experience

within a large, complex banking institution Deep understanding of

banking operations, processes, and control environments Proven ability to identify, assess, and monitor

operational risks across front-to-back business lines Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations, including those from

OCC, FRB, and Basel guidelines Experience developing and implementing

risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), issue management, and scenario analysis Ability to collaborate with business, compliance, audit, and technology teams to

strengthen risk frameworks Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present risk insights to

senior leadership Bachelor's degree required;

CORM, FRM, or similar risk-related certifications

preferred
