BIM Specialist II
with architectural expertise to support the digital delivery of high-rise modular projects. The company is transforming the AEC industry through integrated DFMA workflows and cutting-edge fabrication technology. Position Summary The BIM Specialist II will be responsible for developing and maintaining fabrication-level models and documentation in support of modular building production. This role requires a technically skilled professional with a strong grasp of Revit, parametric modeling, and cross-discipline coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, factory-integrated environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain
Revit models and families
at fabrication-level detail. Generate
shop drawings and submittals
aligned with production and assembly workflows. Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP, and manufacturing teams to ensure constructability. Apply
Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
principles to modular building systems. Support internal teams with high-quality graphic presentations and BIM documentation. Assist in implementing
automation tools and workflows
(e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper) to streamline design-to-fabrication processes. Coordinate with overseas support teams on modular element standardization. Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
or equivalent accredited degree required. 3+ years of hands-on experience
in BIM modeling, Revit family creation, and documentation. Strong familiarity with modular or prefabricated construction is preferred. Proven experience producing
architectural construction documents and/or shop drawings . Understanding of
MEP and faade systems
and how they interface with modular architecture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments. Software Proficiency (Minimum 3 years in each) Autodesk AEC Collection (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) Revit Family Creation (advanced) BIM 360 (Docs, Design, Glue) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Microsoft Office Experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, or Inventor is a strong plus.
