is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

for its high-performing location just outside of

Just 20 minutes from downtown Little Rock, Bryant offers a family-friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and access to all the amenities of a major city — from vibrant dining and arts to outdoor recreation along the Arkansas River and nearby Ouachita Mountains. Practice Highlights: Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Patient Volume:

25–30 patients/day on average

Facilities:

3 fully equipped operatories + 2 exam rooms

Technology:

Modern practice management software (Denticon), anesthesia machines, and CBCT available at select locations

Team Support:

Full onsite clinical and administrative support

Ownership Structure:

Provider-led group with long-term career tracks and mentorship from seasoned oral surgeons

Compensation & Benefits: Income Potential:

Percentage-based compensation model with earning potential between

$500K–$800K+ annually , depending on volume

Practice Performance:

Individual locations average $1–2 million in annual collections; this location currently trends up to

$2.3 million

Employment Type: Full-Time

(30+ hours/week): Includes full benefits package, paid malpractice, 401(k), and

partnership opportunities after Year 1

Part-Time
