Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Opportunity – Central Arkansas

Central Arkansas
is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
for its high-performing location just outside of

Practice Highlights: Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Patient Volume:
25–30 patients/day on average
Facilities:
3 fully equipped operatories + 2 exam rooms
Technology:
Modern practice management software (Denticon), anesthesia machines, and CBCT available at select locations
Team Support:
Full onsite clinical and administrative support
Ownership Structure:
Provider-led group with long-term career tracks and mentorship from seasoned oral surgeons
Compensation & Benefits: Income Potential:
Percentage-based compensation model with earning potential between
$500K–$800K+ annually , depending on volume
Practice Performance:
Individual locations average $1–2 million in annual collections; this location currently trends up to
$2.3 million
Employment Type: Full-Time
(30+ hours/week): Includes full benefits package, paid malpractice, 401(k), and
partnership opportunities after Year 1
Part-Time
( Relocation Assistance:
Signing bonus available to support relocation expenses for out-of-area candidates
