allnex Operator Movie. Position Overview
Are you interested in learning more about the Safety, Health and Environment in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized colleague who will provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliance to government regulations on safety, health and the environment as well as adherence to allnexs SHE policies and standards including all security procedures. Responsibilities
Oversight for the site Title V Air permit, Large Quantity Generator Hazardous Waste Handling, Wastewater and Storm Water and all associated reporting. Industrial Hygiene monitoring and reporting. SARA 311/312/313 reporting. Perform and Document activities on the Site SHE Interaction Plan. Ensures strict compliance to government regulations and accepted practices on safety, health and environment. Understands risks profile of the site and suggests programs, actions, investments accordingly. Provides guidance and recommendations for manufacturing and transport regulatory compliance and strict adherence to allnexs SHE policies and standards. Provides full support to establish & maintain employees required certifications. Support a culture focused on SHE and build hazard recognition awareness throughout the site. Provides SHE trainings, participates in Process Safety Management (PSM) activities. Acts as primary site contact for emergency response plan including spills, fire and injuries. Maintains and develops occupational health program in collaboration with medical group. Manage SHE Management System Certification. Internal Audit- Lead Auditor. Daily SHE sharing with Management Team and weekly SHE sharing with small groups. Required Skills and Experience
5-7 years of SHE related experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience in local and regional SHE related regulations, as well as in interaction with auditors and regulating officials. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Safety, Health, or Environmental field. Legal required certificates to act as Site SHE Leader for Safety and Environmental. We Offer
